Strip and Repaint Outdoor Railings in Parking Lot

The outdoor handicapped railings have rusted and chipped over the years. Will require sanding and painting in outdoor weather.

Plumber Needed: New Kitchen Sink

The kitchen in the main building is in need of a new sink and faucet. Will require an assessment first.

Weekly Cleaner Needed

We are in need of someone to vacuum the sanctuary on Sundays after service.

Electrician Needed: Convert Fluorescent fixtures to LED

The fellowship hall is the last remaining room with old fluorescent light fixtures. We need to have those changed out to new LED fixtures.

Plumber Needed: Hot Water Heater Replacement

The hot water heater that supplies the main building is in need of replacement. We would like to switch to a lower maintenance tankless setup. Consultation needed first.

Change Ceiling Tiles

Throughout the building, there are approximately one dozen ceiling tiles that need to be replaced.

Paint light poles in parking lot

The light poles in the parking lot need a fresh coat of paint.

Shampoo Rugs

We have two large rugs that need to be cleaned and shampooed.

Clean Air Return Vents

The air return vents throughout the building need to be dusted and cleaned.
